In the deep area, place the noodle between your legs. Keep your back straight - in standing position - and your arms wide open, slightly below parallel. Your palms should be facing forward.
This is a combination between jogging and crossover exercise. Wide open and close your arms as you jog with your legs. Use your legs to stay on the spot and prevent your body from moving backwards (as result of your arms closing).
Inhale as you open your arms. Exhale as you close.
Feel your Chest and Upper Back as you push your arms in and out. Feel your Quadriceps and Hamstrings as you jog with your legs.
