Stand in the shallow area with your legs wide spread and your shoulders under the water. Hold the aqua dumbbells with both hands down, along your quadriceps and let your palms face backward.
Raise one arm up to your shoulder level and while keeping your arm straight, pull the dumbbell down, returning to the starting position. Repeat the same with your other arm. Move one arm at the time.
Inhale as you raise your arm up. Exhale as you pull down.
Feel your upper back muscle as you pull the dumbbell down.
