Put the noodle under your arms and lay on your back in the deep area. Keep your legs straight, your feet under the water and your toes pointed - slightly below parallel. Rest your hands on the noodle.
Raise one leg up until your foot reaches the surface (push your toes out if you can) and lean your torso forward at the same time. Put your leg down and then repeat the same with your other leg. Work one leg at the time and always lean your torso forward as you raise your leg.
Breathing:
Inhale as you lean your torso back. Exhale as you lean your torso forward.
Targeted Muscles:
Feel your upper and lower abs as you raise.
