Move straight legs in little circle motion in one direction. Close your legs and then reverse in the other direction. Perform a full circle in both directions. Try to put your toes/feet above the water to increase resistance. Lean your torso forward as your toes reach the surface.
Inhale as your legs raise. Exhale as they descend.
Feel your lower abs as you raise your legs and upper abs as you lean your torso.
