This exercise must be performed in the deep area so make sure your feet are not touching the bottom of the pool. Place the noodle behind, under your arms. Let noodle ends point sideways. Rest your elbows and hands on the noodle. Your body should be in standing position.
Bend both your knees as you lean on your back. After you lean on your back extend your legs all the way. Bend again and lean forward and extend your legs down, as deep as you can, until you return to the starting position.
Breathing:
Inhale on your back. Exhale while leaning forward.
Targeted Muscles:
Feel your lower abs as you bring your legs up, on your back. Feel your lower back as you bring your legs down.
