In the deep area, lay on your back while holding the pool noodle with open arms. Relax your shoulders and rest both your elbows on the noodle
Twist your waist with your knees pointing sideways then bend-extend your legs together (make sure to bend your knees toward your torso) and move your torso slightly forward.
Inhale as you extend your legs. Exhale as you bend.
Feel your side abdominals as you bend and your waist muscles as you twist.
