Place the noodle under your arms and lay on your back. Rest your elbows and your hands on the noodle. Keep both your legs together and let your feet float up. Keep your toes pointed.
Raise both your legs up together and bring your torso up at the same time. Keep your legs straight when you perform this exercise.
Breathing:
Inhale when you lean back. Exhale when you bring your torso up.
Targeted Muscles:
Feel your upper and lower abdominal.
