If you are looking for a good cardio workout that helps shape your abs too, then this exercise is for you. You don't even need swimming skills to perform this exercise as it is done in the shallow end while standing up. Tuck jumps is a high intensity workout, but it can be adjusted to meet the needs of people with limited mobility.
Starting Position:
Stand in the shallow-end with straight back and your hands by your side. Maintain good posture. Keep your feet hip-width apart.
Action:
Jump up with both your knees high together then let go as you go down, and return to the starting position. Keep your upper body engaged too. Alternatively, you can lift one knee at a time, if jumping together is not safe for you.

Breathing:
Jump up with exhale and let go down with inhale, for normal speed as shown in the gif above.

Targeted Muscles:
Focus on using your abs as you bend your legs.
Tips: If you want to turn this into an effective aerobic exercise, try to do faster jumps for longer durations. A great way for shaping your abs.
