Stand in the shallow area with your elbows bent 90 degrees. Open your hands with your hand palm facing forward. Keep your legs together, in a normal standing position.
Move one leg out as you extend your arms together, then close and bend again to return to the starting position. Repeat the same move with your other leg.
Inhale as you pull your arms. Exhale as you push.
Feel your chest and upper back as you push and pull your arms. Feel your thigh muscles as you open and close your legs.
