Stand in the shallow area with your hands to the side,in the water, parallel to the bottom of the pool and your palms pointing forward. Lift one leg in front up to your hip level and keep it straight.
Close your arms together in front and lean your torso forward as you bring your leg down and kick with your other leg behind as far as you can. Lean back, open your arms and kick with your other leg in front again. Repeat the same by swapping legs.
Inhale as you open your arms. Exhale as you close.
Feel your chest and upper back as you push your arms in and out. Feel your quadriceps and gluteus as you kick your legs back and front.
