In the deep end, hold the noodle by your side and lay flat on your back. Keep your legs straight, slightly below parallel.
In the shallow area - while in standing position - step on the noodle with one leg. Put your hands by your side and your palms facing inwards. Keep your back straight.
In the deep area, place the noodle under your arms. Rest your hands and forearms on the noodle. Lay flat on your back.
