Stand in the shallow area with your hands to the side,in the water, parallel to the bottom of the pool and your palms pointing forward. Lift one leg in front up to your hip level and keep it straight. Starting Position:
Stand in the shallow area with your elbows bent 90 degrees. Open your hands with your hand palm facing forward. Keep your legs together, in a normal standing position. |
