In the shallow area - while in standing position - step on the pool noodle with one leg. Open your arms with your hands under the water facing front.
With straight legs (both legs), slide the noodle in front of your body against the bottom of the pool and close both your arms at the same time. Lean your torso forward placing your body weight on your front leg. Pull the noodle back and open your arms again.
Switch legs and repeat the same exercise.
Breathing:
Inhale as you slide. Exhale as you pull.
Targeted Muscles:
Feel your Quadriceps as you slide and pull. Focus on the resistance as you pull.
