Stand in the shallow area with your legs together and both arms wide open, parallel to the bottom of the pool. Turn your hands until your palms face the front.
Step forward with one leg, leaning your torso forward as you close your arms together. Step back and return to the starting position. Repeat the same move with your other leg.
Feel your Chest and Upper Back as you open and close your arms and your quadriceps as you step forward.
Inhale as you open your arms. Exhale as you close.
Front Slide with Straight Legs
