In the shallow area - while in standing position - step on the pool noodle with one leg. Keep your arms on the side, along your hips.
With straight leg, slide the noodle to the side against the bottom of the pool and open both your arms at the same time. Slide back in and close your arms again.
Inhale when you slide out. Exhale when you slide in.
