Hold the aqua dumbbells and stretch both your arms to the side, parallel to the bottom of the pool. This will be your starting position.
Feel your biceps as you bend and your Triceps as you straighten. Perform this exercise for 1 minute, rest, and then repeat again 2 more times.
If you don't have aqua dumbbells you can use your hands as resistance. Simply open your hands, close the spaces between your fingers and perform the same exercise.
