Stand in the shallow area with your torso in the water. Extend your arms to the side parallel to the bottom of the pool. Open your hands and let your palms face downward.
Push straight arms up and down in low range of motion. Gradually increase the speed as shown in the second gif.
Push two times with inhale and two times with exhale.
Feel your deltoid as you push your arms up. Feel your lat as you push them down.
