Pull both your arms together toward your torso. Keep your arms sideways and do not close them in front. Then push your arms all the way until you stretch them on both sides, returning to the start position.
Inhale with one push. Exhale with the other.
Feel your shoulders as the main working muscle in this exercise. Feel your arm muscles as well.
