In the deep area, place the noodle between your legs. Keep your back straight (in standing position) and your arms along your hips. Open your hands and point your toes.
This is a combination of three exercises, in the following order; Cross Country Skiing, Arms and Legs Adduction-Abduction and Criss-Cross Reach. Click on each exercise for detailed explanation. You can choose your own repetition and your own pace.
Shoulders, Upper Back, Lat Muscle, Oblique Muscle, Quadriceps, Hamstring and Gluteal Muscles.
