Stand in the shallow area with your legs shoulder-width open and your arms stretched to the side, parallel to the bottom of the pool. Open your hands and face your palms forward.
Rotate your upper body to the side as you jump and lift your opposite leg up in straight line reaching for your toes. Keep your arms straight, wide open and still. Jump and repeat the same on the other side.
Breathing:
Inhale as you rotate on one side. Exhale as you rotate on the other.

Feel your abs, shoulders and upper back as well.
