Stand in the shallow end with your back straight, your hands open by your side and your legs closed together.
Jump as you alternate straight arms and legs back and forth in cross-country skiing motion once. Then jump as you spread your arms and legs out. Jump to close in again.
Jump once with inhale and once with exhale by performing the cross country skiing. Inhale as you open and exhale as you close by performing jump jacks.
