Stand in the shallow area with your legs together. Open your arms to the side, parallel to the bottom of the pool. Keep your arms and legs straight and both your hands in the water.
Close both your arms together down as deep as you can. Jump and spread your legs at the same time. Open your arms and return to the starting position and then repeat but this time by closing your arms in front of your body, with both your hands in the water. Return to the starting position and repeat again.
Breathing:
Inhale as you open your arms. Exhale as you close.
Targeted Muscles:
Feel your shoulders, upper back and chest as you open and close your arms. Feel your thighs as you open and close your legs.
