By performing this shallow-end exercise regularly, you will strengthen your core muscles and improve your cardiovascular fitness. This exercise will also help you to increase the flexibility and the speed of your core muscles while performing daily tasks to prevent injuries.
Stand in the shallow-end with your feet shoulder width apart. Hold the noodle in front of you and keep your back straight. Keep the noodle aways in the water.
Jump and twist on one side with inhale and on the other side with exhale.
Use your oblique muscles to twist on both sides.
Note: You can perform this exercise without the noodle and/or without jumping and engaging your lower body.
