Stand in the shallow area and hold the dumbbells with both hands horizontally - so your palms would face downward. Keep your back straight.
Start by jogging on the spot while punching with aqua dumbbells in front alternately. Punch all the way until you stretch your arm. Raise your knees as high as you can.
Inhale as you punch with one arm. Exhale as you punch with the other arm.
Focus on your shoulders and upper back muscles. Feel your leg muscles as well.
