Jogging With Arm Push

This is a great aerobic exercise that involves upper and lower body muscles. While in standing position in the shallow area, raise your knees high, open your hands and push with your arms in a boxing motion.

Alternately push your arms in front until you straighten them and keep your hands under the water. Push with your knees up at a 90 degrees. Focus on the resistance as you push in front with your arms and as you push up with your knees. 

Inhale and exhale as you alternate your legs and arms. 

Combine with: 
Jogging in the shallow area
