In the shallow area, stand with one leg in front and the other behind. Put your shoulders under the water (bend your knees if necessary) and extend your arms to the side, parallel to the bottom of the pool. Let your palms face forward.
Jump and switch legs (front and back) as you open your arms out. Jump and switch again as you close your arms in.
Breathing:
Inhale as you push out. Exhale as you push in.
Working Muscles:
Feel your chest and upper back as you push your arms in and out. Feel your quadriceps as you lunge.
