Starting Position: Stand in the shallow area and hold aqua dumbbells with both hands. Keep your back straight and hold the dumbbells in front of your torso with your elbows bent. |
Jump and turn your body to one side as you push the dumbbells away from your body, until both your arms are straight and kick with your other leg to the opposite side (kick to the left as you push your arms on your right side and kick to the right as you push your arms on your left side). Pull the dumbbells toward your torso, jump again and repeat the same move on the other side.
Breathing:
Inhale as you jump. Exhale as you push the dumbbells.
Targeted Muscles:
Feel your quadriceps as you jump and your chest & upper back muscles as you pull and push your arms.
