In the deep-end, keep an upright position with your hands by your side and your back straight.
Action:
Alternate your legs and arms in a semi-circular motion. Push the water downwards with your hands and feet to keep your body afloat. This is cardio workout so try to perform for at least 10 minutes.
Breathing:
Focus on regular breathing throughout this workout. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Targeted Muscles:
Engage your core and use your leg and shoulder muscles as you perform this exercise.
