Stand in the shallow area with one leg in front and the other behind. Bend the front knee until your shoulders are under the water. Hold aqua dumbbells with straight arms together to the side, parallel to the bottom of the pool and your palms pointing backwards.
Twist your forearms, pointing your palms forward, and push your arms together in until you close. Twist again, pointing your palms backwards, and push your arms out all the way to the side returning to the starting position.
Inhale as you push out. Exhale as you push in.
Use force as you push out and it. Feel your upper back as you push out. Feel your chest as you push in.
