Stand in the shallow area with one leg in front and with the other behind. Bend your front knee and keep shoulders under the water. Hold the aqua dumbbells with straight arms in front, parallel to the bottom of the pool. Starting Position:
In the shallow area wide open your legs and lean your torso forward until your shoulders are under the water. Hold the aqua dumbbells to the side, parallel to the bottom of the pool. |
