In the shallow area wide open your legs and lean your torso forward until your shoulders are under the water. Hold the aqua dumbbells to the side, parallel to the bottom of the pool.
Push the aqua dumbbells down as you bring your arms together. Think of squeezing the water out as you close.
Breathing:
Inhale as you open your arms - Exhale as you close.
Targeted Muscles:
Feel your chest muscles as you push the aqua dumbbells down.
