Starting Position;
Stand in the shallow end, with your front leg bent allowing your shoulders to go under the water. Hold the aqua dumbbells with both hands in front of your torso and keep your arms straight. Let your palms face each other.
Action:
With straight arms, push the aqua dumbbells in and out in small range of motion and fast enough to feel your muscles. Keep your arms in front of your torso. Do not touch the dumbbells either.
Breathing:
Inhale as you push in and out twice. Exhale as you push in and out twice.

Targeted Muscles:
Feel your inner chest and your upper back as you push your arms in and out.
