Stand in the shallow area with one leg in front and with the other behind. Bend your front knee and keep shoulders under the water. Hold aqua dumbbells with straight arm down as deep as you can.
Raise straight arms up toward the surface with dumbbells under the water, then pull down as deep as you can - not pass your hips!
Inhale as you raise your arms. Exhale as you pull.
Feel your upper back muscles as you pull.
