Stand in the shallow with your legs together and arms to the side, slightly below parallel, to balance yourself. Keep both your hands in the water.
Raise your heels as high as you can until you are up on your toes then down again until your heels touch the bottom of the pool.
Breathing:
Inhale with one heel raise and exhale with the other.
Targeted Muscles:
Feel your calfs as you raise your heels.
