Introduction:
To perform this deep-end exercise, you will need two noodles in a deep-end where your feet don't touch the bottom of the pool. It's preferably done with a pool railing because its grip is much more comfortable than holding onto the side of the pool.

Noodle Leg Extension: Up and Down

Introduction:
This shallow-end exercise combines two exercises: the leg extension and the noodle step. The noodle under your foot creates enough resistance to feel your muscles. Supporting your body by holding to the side ensures a better posture and helps stabilise your back. 
Starting Position:
Stand along the wall in the shallow-end. Step on the noodle with your far foot and put it slightly in front of your body. Hold the rail (or the side of the pool) with one hand. Keep your arm straight and relax your shoulders. Put your other arm by your side.
