Stand in the shallow area on one leg and spread your arms to the side, slightly below parallel, to balance yourself. Keep your hands in the water.
Raise your heel as high as you can until you are up on your toes, then down again until your heels touch the bottom of the pool. Repeat the same with your other leg.
Breathing:
Inhale with one heel raise and exhale with the other.
Targeted Muscles:
Feel your calfs as you raise your heels.
