Starting Position:
Stand on one leg in the shallow-end and put your hands by your side. Keep your other leg bent behind you and your knees closed together.
Action:
Bend one knee until your shoulders go under water as you rise straight arms up together, reaching for the surface. Keep your back straight and your body weight on one leg only. Extend your leg, lower your arms by your side and return to the starting position. Repeat with your other leg as well.

Breathing:
Inhale as you go up. Exhale as you go down.

Targeted Muscles:
Feel your quadriceps as you bend and extend your leg.
