Rhythm in any exercise is very important to maintain a steady pace. It also makes your exercise more fun. Because water creates the type of resistance which makes our movement more difficult, you need music with slower beat, something that goes with the speed movement in water. It shouldn’t be too fast, or too slow.
This is also an important factor. Music should not be too loud and noisy. And people must be able to
