Coordination is one of the important fitness components that we need to include in our program to achieve best results. Coordination (or motor coordination) is the ability to perform a well timed action with different body parts and muscle groups. A well coordinated movement requires good balance, agility and rhythm.
Unlike what some might believe, coordination is something you can improve and not just something you are born with. By practicing certain coordination exercises you will notice that you are getting better at doing them. You will also notice an improvement in your overall movement as you perform daily tasks.
